Bulk Annotate

If entities are defined within a workspace, you can navigate to the entity section and select an entity. By clicking on Find Annotations, HumanFirst will expose all training examples that contain the entity, letting you apply the annotations. You can filter the results by intent or entity value if you want to be selective as to where you apply the annotations.

Visualizing existing annotations

If an entity type exists and has annotations, you can visualize the annotations by selecting the entity and click Annotations top right. You can group them by intent or not based on how you want to visualize them. You can also click on Find Annotations from this view and this will show you potential annotations to do based on the intent you have selected.
