  • HumanFirst will setup a dedicated organsation for you and apply the subscription limits you signed up for.
  • Each team member get an email from hello@humanfirst, inviting you to confirm your email and join your organisation.
  • The first admin who logs in can also send out further invites. https://studio.humanfirst.ai/
  • You'll receive an email from HumanFirst Support with a login to the support portal where you can raise any feature requests, bugs or support requests. https://zia-ai.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

  • We'll setup a dedicated private Slack channel on https://humanfirst-users.slack.com where you can discuss anything you need with us.
  • If you can, make sure you've been able to login you're ready for the first session
