  • Convert Dialogflow CX agent Conversations to unlabelled HumanFirst JSON format
  • Upload HumanFirst formatted conversations to HumanFirst tool

Steps#

  • Script used to convert the conversations to HumanFirst format
  • Run the script with conversations JSON file downloaded from Dialogflow CX
  • Upload the output file to HumanFirst tool for viewing, analyzing and working with the conversations
